AI Potential Workshop

AI Potential Workshop
Discover the Use Cases
That Others Overlook

The best ideas come from the people who live the processes every day

Where can AI make the greatest difference in an organisation? This question is usually answered by consultants who view the business from the outside. The result: use cases that look good on paper but miss the reality of daily work.

Our AI potential workshop turns this principle on its head. Rather than presenting use cases, we create a structured framework in which teams identify, prototype, and evaluate the most promising AI opportunities themselves. Because nobody understands the bottlenecks, the time drains, and the untapped potential in an organisation’s processes better than the people who work with them every day.

Who Is the AI Potential Workshop For?

  • For organisations planning an AI introduction that want to consider the human factor from the very beginning.
  • For organisations that have already introduced AI tools but are struggling with disappointing adoption.
  • And for managing directors and HR leaders who know that the investment in AI only pays off when the tools are actually used.

The workshop works both alongside an ongoing AI implementation and as a standalone measure — when the technology is already in place but usage falls short of expectations.

What the Imagination Gap Is — and Why It May Be the Biggest Hurdle

A growing number of organisations are discovering that the problem is no longer “our people lack AI skills.” The problem is: “Our people do not know what to use AI for in their specific role.”

This imagination gap — the distance between available technology and the ability to envision how to apply it — is harder to close than a straightforward skills gap. It requires not more training courses, but impulses: concrete examples from the organisation’s own context, exchange with colleagues, permission to experiment, and a structured framework that encourages creative thinking.

This is precisely what the AI potential workshop delivers.

What Happens on the Workshop Day

Before the Workshop
Preparation
In a briefing call with senior management, we clarify the fundamentals:

Objectives and expectations for the workshop Participant group and team composition Focus topics and relevant business processes
Participants receive a short preparation — so they can hit the ground running on the workshop day.
Approx. 7 Hours | On-site
The Workshop Day
Keynote: What can AI realistically deliver today? Where are the strengths and limitations? How are comparable organisations already using AI productively? Ideation and Prototyping: Teams identify AI use cases from their daily work and test them directly with AI tools — on real processes, not theoretically. Pitch Round in Science Fair Format: Each team presents its use case — result, expected impact, next step. Joint evaluation with senior management.
The day ends with clear next steps: who does what by when?
After the Workshop
Follow-up
All identified use cases are documented and evaluated. You receive:

Documented catalogue of all identified use cases Prioritisation matrix by impact and effort Implementation recommendation: which 2–3 use cases to pilot immediately? Clear path from workshop results to implementation
On request, we also provide photo or video documentation for internal communications — a well-documented workshop sends a signal to the organisation.

What You Receive

A documented catalogue of all identified use cases. A prioritisation matrix that evaluates each case by impact and effort. Documentation of the prototypes developed during the workshop. An implementation recommendation with 2-3 use cases that should be piloted immediately. And, if required, photo or video documentation for internal communications — because a well-documented workshop also sends a signal to the organisation: we are taking this seriously.

Investment and Practical Details

Duration: 1 day (plus preparation and follow-up)

Location: On-site at your premises

Investment: On request (fixed pricing, dependent on number of participants)

What comes next?

The workshop delivers ideas and priorities.

For implementing the identified use cases, we provide support through AI Implementation — from tool selection and piloting through to rollout.

If the workshop reveals that the organisation is not yet ready overall, Change Management is the more appropriate next step.

And if the identified use cases require an overarching strategy, AI Strategy Development helps to establish the broader framework.

Many organisations also use the AI potential workshop as a recurring format — quarterly, for example, to continuously discover new opportunities and keep AI adoption alive across the organisation.
