AI Implementation

AI Implementation
From strategy
into practice

Turning a sound plan into a working system

A strategy is in place. The processes with AI potential have been identified, and the most significant levers are clear. But between plan and execution lies a gap where many projects stall: which tools genuinely fit the requirements? How can they be integrated into existing systems without rebuilding everything from scratch? How should a pilot be structured – and how does it scale once it works?

There is also the IT department saying: “Our systems are not AI-ready.” In 90% of cases, that is not accurate. Modern AI integration works through interfaces – existing systems do not need to be replaced. With an API-first approach, AI services connect to your existing infrastructure, often at a fraction of the cost of a complete replacement.

Our AI Implementation programme brings structure to execution. Not technology-driven, but process- and outcome-oriented. We work alongside your team from tool evaluation through the piloting of concrete use cases to a documented rollout.

Who is AI Implementation for?

For organisations that have an AI strategy and are ready to act – without relying on trial and error. For managing directors who want an experienced partner at their side for tool selection and process integration. And for organisations that want to ensure the implementation does not remain stuck at the pilot stage, but transitions into reliable, sustained operation.

The programme is also well suited to organisations that are outsourcing the technical implementation to an IT service provider and need an independent partner to steer the process from a business perspective and ensure quality throughout.

What We Do

Phase 1 | Weeks 1–3
Preparation and Tool Evaluation
Before selecting a tool, we clarify the requirements:

What exactly should AI deliver? What data is available? What integrations with existing systems are necessary?
On this basis, we create a market overview and evaluate the relevant solutions against defined criteria — functionality, integration capability, cost, data protection — and deliver a well-founded decision brief.

We also consider the industry and competitive context: which tools have proven effective at comparable organisations? Where are documented best practices already available?
Phase 2 | Weeks 4–8
Piloting
We jointly select a prioritised use case and implement it. Not as a proof of concept that ends up in a drawer, but as a functioning process with documented standard procedures.

We define AI-supported workflows, test them in day-to-day operations, and measure the results:

Does it work? What impact is generated? What needs to be adjusted?
This phase also produces the documentation required for sustainable operation: standard operating procedures, integration guides, and decision-making foundations for scaling.
Phase 3 | Weeks 9–12
Rollout Preparation
Based on the pilot results, we develop the rollout plan:

Which additional processes and departments follow? In what sequence? With what resources?
The technical documentation is finalised and prepared so that the team or a technology partner can continue independently.

You receive everything needed for the next step — without dependence on us.

What your organisation receives

A tool evaluation matrix with assessed solutions and a reasoned recommendation. A fully implemented AI use case with measurable impact. Documented SOPs and workflows for sustained operation. An integration guide showing how the selected tools fit into your system landscape. A phased rollout plan for expanding to further areas. And a handover package for your team or technology partner.

Investment and conditions

Duration: approx. 3 months (depending on scope and number of use cases)

Investment: Fixed pricing – get in touch to discuss investment options.

What comes next?

AI Implementation creates functioning processes.

For those processes to be embraced by the people who use them, Change Management is recommended – either in parallel or as a follow-on step.

If further use cases are to be identified, the AI Potential Workshop is an effective format.

And if the leadership team is to drive the transformation forward itself, the AI Leadership Transformation provides the appropriate framework.
